APRIMO APPOINTS JOHN LUDWIG AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Corporate finance and investor relations executive brings global financial experience to leading enterprise marketing management software company

Indianapolis (June 27, 2005) – Aprimo, Incorporated, the global leader in Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM), today announced the appointment of John Ludwig to the position of Chief Financial Officer. The appointment follows Aprimo’s recent acquisition of DoubleClick’s EMS business unit, announced earlier this month.

Mr. Ludwig brings to Aprimo a successful track record in completing and integrating acquisitions, and managing profitable growth on a global scale. Additionally, Mr. Ludwig is highly experienced in managing the financial operations of a public company as well as developing and maintaining relationships with the investment community.

Mr. Ludwig joins Aprimo from Brightpoint, Inc., one of the world's largest distributors of mobile phones, where he previously served as the vice president of corporate finance and investor relations. Prior to this position, Mr. Ludwig served as vice president and CFO of Brightpoint International Ltd. in Manchester, UK.

While working abroad, Mr. Ludwig completed multiple international acquisitions and was primarily responsible for financial accounting, management and reporting for Brightpoint International.
